Press Release Summary: S-Imple helps rapid implementation of sap erp solutions and
best practices at optimal pricing and unique to the organization's needs.

Press Release Body: East Moline, IL (September 15, 2008) -- Volatile markets,
intense competition, and increasing pressures to grow have made it essential for
organizations to implement powerful and effective enterprise systems to sustain a
nimble and proactive organization. YASH Technologies introduces S-Imple, a
proprietary delivery methodology for SAP® implementations that allows companies to
streamline best practices and speed to market better and faster.
S-imple (Streamlined Implementations) is a processed-based methodology that
transforms how enterprises deploy SAP by dramatically reducing time from project
start to realization of tangible benefits. Through the use of templates, tools, and
other accelerators, YASH incorporates best practices and predefined business
scenarios from key industry verticals to create rapid deployment. Instead of
managing projects exclusively to milestones, the S-Imple methodology separates the
project plan by business process scenarios. This leads to a more exact project
completion date as the implementation teams are better able to gauge progress by
measuring completion for each scenario, i.e. Accounts Payable is 56% complete.
“S-Imple is a result from a culmination of many sources including our own best
practices from years of successful SAP solution implementations,” states Abe
Iruegas, Vice President, SAP Solutions for YASH Technologies. “Customers are
benefiting with extraordinary savings and rapid deployment using S-Imple.”

When it comes to business processes, 70–80% of companies in a given industry have
standard processes and only 20% of those processes are unique to that organization.
S-Imple supports this concept. Through our “Show and Tell” approach, YASH can
visually demonstrate the standard system of pre-configured business scenarios to the
client and they become active participants in the system’s development. Through
iterative playback sessions of the system, S-Imple dramatically reduces errors,
testing time, and overall project duration and cost. There’s no need for extensive
customization as S-Imple promotes “Design by Exception,” an important factor in cost
reduction and speed to benefit. It focuses on what is unique to that organization
and provides customization aligning the system to the client’s unique processes.

When client, Evergreen Solar, a global technology leader and innovator in the solar
industry, needed a rapid deployment of the SAP Business Suite, they chose YASH as
the implementation partner. YASH utilized S-Imple as the methodology and the results
were outstanding. Here’s what Bill Ryan, Director of Information Technology at
Evergreen had to say when interviewed about their recent SAP solution implementation
with YASH.

YASH –
Why was it important for Evergreen Solar to have a rapid enterprise deployment of SAP?

Bill Ryan -
In the solar industry, demand currently exceeds supply. To capitalize on this
opportunity,
Evergreen is planning for rapid capacity expansion. We needed to get up and running
quickly and efficiently.

YASH –
The solution was implemented in 12 weeks. What were the criteria in selecting a
partner?

Bill Ryan –
Besides proven, advanced expertise in implementing the SAP Business Suite for
multiple languages, multiple locations, and multiple business areas, we needed a
partner that understood the need to satisfy the Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. We only
had 12 weeks to do this and we needed to get it right the first time.

YASH –
S-Imple was used as the implementation methodology. What were some of the benefits
to Evergreen Solar?

Bill Ryan -
YASH was key in helping us understand the benefits of implementing SAP in the first
place. They knew that SAP's All-in-One solutions were already tied to industry
verticals. They used best practices and modified the solution to address what was
unique to our organization. There was no need for extensive customization. The whole
project was implemented smoothly and under this strict time frame. Evergreen saved a
sizable amount in project time and cost. Best of all, we received an intuitive
solution that fit our needs exactly.

Evergreen Solar is an example of a company that saved close to 60% using S-Imple.
SAP doesn’t have to be complex. YASH is providing clarity with S-Imple through
straightforward, proactive, standard processes, supported by an arsenal of
consulting and project expertise, best practices and accelerator tools. The S-Imple
methodology can be leveraged for implementations using ERP as the core solution.
This approach is also advantageous for SAP components beyond-ERP such as SCM, CRM or
HCM implementations that have pre-built best practice solutions.
